Bree
My dd is potty trained except for when she sleeps and I am wanting to switch her back over to cloth diapers till she is totally trained. I haven't had one this old still in diapers so not use to them being this big. Anyone have a good suggestion for a 3 year old for naptime and overnight. I have cloth diapers still just not her size ;)
AHASRADA
Motherease Bedwetter pants! They are a bit bulky, but really work, no leaks. Love 'em! http://usshop.motherease.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=15&cat=Bedwetter+Pants

melmichigan
Happy Heiny Training pants with hemp liners. We even used them overnight on my DD who has CP until she was 7/8. Be sure to follow the directions for sizing, they run big. Depending on her weight you might even be able to consider their one size diapers with the same liners. SKL
I just put my daughters in their daytime undies, so they would feel the same and not think "this is something to pee in." And I told them not to pee in their undies. However, I put a waterproof crib pad (rubber inside, flannel outside) on top if their sheet, just in case. They only had a couple of accidents.
