Luanne
What would be the reason of my having cramps and feeling like garbage during my time of the month all of the sudden? I had this problem before I had my daughter, but not after. The last three months my time has been very annoying. I really have no other symptoms. jhschool
It's very normal. It's the hormones. Keep hydrated, take painkillers if you have any pain, and be aware of yourself--as in, the thing that seems so terrible during that time might not be so bad at other times. It's also normal to change over the years. But if you suspect something else might be up, visit your doctor.
VeganCupcake
Perimenopause can change a lot of things about your cycle. Perhaps that's it?
Luanne
Perimenopause can change a lot of things about your cycle. Perhaps that's it? Maybe. I am 48 (will be 49 in October).
SadieMarie
I had the same thing happen. There can be a lot of changes in your cycle pre menopause. I ended up taking BC pills for a couple years to get through it. PMS was much, much worse and my cycle shortened and was fairly unpredictable after being very predictable for many years. Rosie_0801
If you've done something to knock your lower back out of alignment, that would do it too.
