But, our pool was 20'x40' and I can't imagine how difficult it would have been. Good luck with your research!! I'm all for people DYI - especially with something that is SO expensive. I hate paying anyone to do anything I can do myself, but he possibility of water behind the liner, or a tear (as they are $$$), would really concern me. There are lots of sites with demonstration videos AND they make it look pretty easy AND we are pretty major DIY-ers, but still not sure if I want to attempt it.
