jillian
DD wants to do the little mini units from Prufrock, especially the forensics/CSI and/or the Mystery Diagnosis. I looked at the samples and it looks pretty good. It's something she can do with daddy in the evenings when I work or on weekends. Is it worth the purchase? Dmmetler
I have some of them on the shelf, but haven't done them yet. I'm thinking they'd be better with a group than individually, so they're one of the things that I might do as a co-op type thing.
Julie of KY
Some are specific to a group, I don't remember off the top of my head which ones. I love Mystery Disease and it could be done at home or in a group.
jillian
Thanks. The Mystery Disease is the one she's really looking at. She loves forensic type stuff even at 5.
SnegurochkaL
I bought "CSI expert" and "Real-life Science Mysteries" to do with my oldest daughter(10) and son(6.5) this summer. Few other titles looked very interesting but I ruled them out because we don't belong to any homeschool group. I will let you know how it goes. My kids like this kind of stuff, especially my son. :)
