I think I have a fever blister

I don't know for certain, I've never had one.

What natural remedies are there?

I burned it out with peroxide just now.

 

I get the inside canker sores all the time and fix them with yogurt.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I sort of need it to be gone by Sunday. I have to attend a thing with a person in front of more people.

If it's already pretty bad, there's not much that I know of. You just have to let it run its course. Not natural or cheap, but Abreva helps my dad. Ice might also help with the pain.

I don't know about natural remedies but I take giant doses of acyclovir when it first comes on and that knocks it out every time.

If this is your first time, a prescription of Acyclovir could knock it out for good. (Not for sure, but there is a possibility.) If it's a fever blister, it's likely not going to be gone by Sunday, whatever you put on it.

I don't know of any natural remedies either. If there are some that actually work then I would like to know. Abreva doesn't work on me. Only the topical prescription Denavir does.

St john's wort oil works pretty well but it doesn't make them disappear overnight. You just dab it on. It also works on shingles.
