history_junkie
I'm looking around for a new biscuit recipe. The Baking Powder recipe I've used before is just so-so... I'd like to be able to serve this with breakfast or a soup or stew. Any great ones out there?

KungFuPanda
Have you ever made biscuits with yeast? One of those recipes might give you the lightness you want despite the whole wheat flour. I shamelessly use white flour for biscuits, so I can't suggest a specific recipe, but it might be worth googling.
nmoira
One with lots of cold butter cut in. It makes all the difference.
