3us4
Is there a forum for this topic? Thanks!
J-rap
I don't know about a forum, but I'm making these for dinner tonight: (They smell very good!) http://fastpaleo.com/spinach-roasted-garlic-turkey-meatballs/ I'd be interested in a forum, too! LizzyBee
Paleo is the easiest and cheapest way to do gluten and dairy free, in my opinion. There are tons of recipes available; I just google "paleo" + whatever I am in the mood to cook. Just be careful when googling recipes, because a few bloggers include "prohibited" ingredients in their recipes, esp dairy. The best books are Practical Paleo and Everyday Paleo, which your library might have. They both have lots of good recipes.
jessicamcc
I've found some great recipes on this site- www.elanaspantry.com. My son loved her banana muffins!
LaxMom
Gluten Free Goddess has a pretty extensive GF/DF recipe index.
dbmamaz
are you looking for anything in particular? most meat-and-potato recipes are gluten free, and stir-fry-and-rice as long as you use gluten free soy sauce. we do gluten free spaghetti, burgers on gluten free buns. baked chicken strips are good with spiced gluten free corn flakes ground in a food processor.
