Night Elf
Dd20 used a friend's Wii to watch something on our Netflix account. This guy now has access to my account and I want him off of it. I've looked on the Netflix account and I can't figure out how to do this. There is a link to cancel all devices but it must not mean the Wii because after I cancelled all of them, I used my Wii to get back into Netflix and it didn't even ask for a password. Is there anything I can do to cut him off, or do I need him to delete Netflix off of his Wii, which he might not do? I can't believe my dd20 did this! jessicalb
Have you tried changing the password?
blessed3x
Have you tried changing the password? :iagree: This should do it, but if not I would call Netflix and ask them. Please share after you figure it out. :D
Night Elf
Have you tried changing the password? Yes, but I can still get into Netflix through my Wii. I think the password change is only to get on the actual account profile where I can change my membership plan and billing plan.
nmoira
Go to Netflix.com. Click Your account. (upper right corner) Click Manage Netflix ready devices
Night Elf
I called and got an answer. You use the link to deactivate all devices and that can take up to 8 hours to take effect. We'll then have to use the new password to sign in to watch videos again.
