Bee Happy
While searching around for discussion prompts, I came across this site: http://www.learner.org/courses/worldlit/gilgamesh/ Not sure if it's been shared before, but it's a great resource for viewing lectures, excerpts, discussion prompts, questions, and connections. elegantlion
:iagree: I really liked the video. I think anyone reading Gilgamesh should watch it. It made me rethink how we approached Gilgamesh and gave some great insight of the literary depth of the ancient Near East.
LibraryLover
Thank you! I had not seen that! ETA: My oldest dd is now telling me that we had gotten a DVD of this at the library a bit back. I don't recall. Yet she says yes. That makes me feel better, as it's too good to miss! The whole site is a gold mine. Edited August 19, 2012 by LibraryLover
