BatmansWife
....sit in a truck all morning, not in a cooler with an icepack? Silly question. But, I think it's fine.....because I think of all the pb&j sandwiches taken to school in a brown bag. I just packed my son two sunbutter & jam sandwiches but he doesn't like them if they are cold. I just put them in a bag (he also doesn't like them with the crust, by the way. Ugh....this kid is so persnickety! :banghead: ).
Kathryn
I'd think it would be fine. Now, if it were meat and you were in the south in the summer and it was in a truck, my answer would be different!

Dh's egg salad sandwiches are in the cooler. It doesn't seem to be too hot today either.
luvnlattes
I think it will be fine, although he may decide he doesn't like warm/hot jam sandwiches either :tongue_smilie:.

Mama_Rana
I think the bigger worry is just the jam "melting" and making a mess. I had that happen even with an icepack.
Parrothead
I can't imagine it would be a problem.
