Breakfast - break egg in ziplock. Close ziplock. Squish the egg in closed ziplock. Place ziplock with egg inside into boiling water. Soon enough, you will have a scrambled egg. You can also add veggies to make an "omelet" of sorts.

Foil packs. http://artofmanliness.com/2010/07/20/cooking-around-the-campfire-9-easy-and-delicious-foil-packet-recipes/

After you make a few, you get the hang of it and start making your own recipes.

My husband loves ground beef with chopped onions, LOTS of sweet peppers and potatoes. He switches between Worchestershire and soy sauces.

A new favorite of mine for dinner is a taco bowl. Pre-cook and freeze the taco meat before you leave. Use Fritos or something like it in the bottom of a bowl, add the meat (after heating it up) with some shredded cheese, and whatever else you bring with you. We like salsa, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce. It has been a big hit with kids and adults when we camp.
