What else should a beginner do with Couch to 5K?

Recommended Posts

Today is day 1 week 1. I don't want to over do but I want to lose weight. 50 lbs to be exact. I am considering a yoga video tonight, tomorrow a 30 minute walk, strength training video and cutting the grass, next day will be day 2 week 1 run/walk routine again and perhaps yoga again.. Does that sound like too much?

No, but the main, constant temptation is to quit. Maybe doing something Every Single Day (making it a top priority) will bring a lasting change!

I'm just back from "wogging", the Walk/Jog that is the Couch25K. I'm always happy when I'm FINISHED!! :001_smile:

Just wanted to quickly encourage you to Go For It!

thanks :) I do want it to be a top priority. My DH is going to make it his priority to work out with me as well. We did our "wog" first thing before breakfast.
