Just Another Jen Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 I signed my daughter up for an intensive next Fall and now there is a conflict with the date. I've sent 5 emails requesting the 90% refund they offer on the website. I've gotten no reply. I've called once and talked with Greg who gave me a different email address to use which also did not lead to a reply. This morning I called again and left a message. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Is this normal? I was looking forward to using the lab intensives in high school so I'm really hoping this is a unusual snafu. East Coast Sue Posted June 7, 2012 Share Posted June 7, 2012 I haven't any experience with the Landry Academy, but its come across my radar before and I hope that you are able to let us know some good news about contacting them. Lucky Mom Posted June 7, 2012 Share Posted June 7, 2012 He is at camp this week. Maybe that is why he is not able to respond as quickly as usual. I have had only good experiences with LA, including receiving a refund when we changed our minds about a course. Also, my daughter is attending camp this week. She says, "It's the best camp ever!!!"
