For health reasons i would like our meals to be...lo carb....no pork, no gluten, no casein. Also, we can't eat anything crunchy...OY! My teeth hurt and my kids have all sorts of appliances going on:tongue_smilie: Whenever I look at all of our requirements, I freeze in the headlights....and scramble some eggs.....sigh.... allymom Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 I'm not sure if it would fit your requirements, but I have a menu mailer subscription that I LOVE! It's gluten/casein optional, fairly heavy on the meat if you do the regular subscription, light on the meat if you do the budget mailer. Carbs would be all complex, whole grain carbs. You could easily sub any pork called for with another meat. And the mailers don't often call for pork, or it's usually optional if they do. happyhomemaker Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 One of our favorite meals is a frittata. I love them because they are so fast to make. Just throw in any meat or veggies you want.
