Amy Jo
Mine like Dance Mat Typing from BBC (free). My eldest is now doing typed dictation with the Dictation Resource Book, which covers typing, computer skills, basic grammar/usage and spelling. MomatHWTK
Homeschool Buyer's Coop has a few offerings for typing programs. Clever Dragons/Always IceCream offers drills for typing. There is a SpongeBob Squarepants typing game (really) and a game called TyperShark that are not full curricula.

nansk
My dd has tried the free online lessons from Read, Write, Type and it is fun. We also have Garfield's Typing Pal. Not as fun as RWT, but a decent option.
