Options 1 & 2 are for people who attend churches where the expectation is that if you volunteer for a position, you are responsible for recruiting your own replacement.

 

Options 3 & 4 are for people who attend churches where designated leaders are responsible for recruiting (i.e. one person or a designated group recruits for VBS, church work days, Sunday school, etc.)

 

Please feel free to share the experiences, reasons, etc. that form your choices.
