TN Mama
A friend's children had tonsillectomies a week ago and I'm taking a meal this evening. I am making a spinach & bacon quiche. What should I serve with it?

TN Mama
Thank you, Susan. I did pick up some Breyer's ice cream last night at the store to take over.

What should I serve with it? A fruit salad is always nice, i do strawberries, blueberries and grapes and drizzle with a lemon juice honey mix... I would love the recipe for your quiche! I would love the recipe for your quiche! Sorry, I forgot to post the recipe. Made this for our family last night. Mmm... good! http://www.pauladeen.com/recipes/recipe_view/spinach_and_bacon_quiche The only change was using half & half instead of heavy cream.
