Of course it's empty, but by the time you discover that it's too late. I'm not sure I could drive past something like that. Glad I read about it first. The idea of sending emails not to stop if you see a seemingly abandoned bloody child is a bit weird. How about advising women to call police, or, load their shotguns and come out of the car blazing?
