snickelfritz Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I bought Manwich for tonight. Got home and ready to cook. Thought to check ingredients. DOH! So, I'm doing burgers. A quick google turned up all kinds of specialty burgers that got good reviews, but nothing plain and with really good reviews. dh is usually the burger maker. I have most normal ingredients......onions, garlic, cheddar, Worcestershire, eggs, etc... It's ground turkey, so I think I need some good flavor. It's ground turkey, so I think I need some good flavor. All of the above should be good in the burgers, maybe the cheese on top when they are cooked. Go easy with the Worchestershire. Tap Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I like to sauté diced onions and bacon, add those along with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce or a bit of steak seasoning.
