Can a varicose vein feel like a muscle cramp?

Are you stretching that area well each day? One good stretch may be to sit on the floor with right leg out, set the left foot on the outside of the right leg by the thigh/hip, and hug your knee. You should feel a good stretch through your left upper thigh and hip. Repeat on the other side. If the pain is caused by veins, that won't help at all. If it's muscular, it may.
