So I have a black sweater dress with sleeves to above the elbow and a fairly big/deep cowl neck - not cleavage or anything, but a big spot that looks like it's waiting for a necklace! Most of what I've read says to skip the necklace with a cowl-neck. What do you ladies think? It feels kind of bare to me! If you think I should wear a necklace, then what style? THANKS so much! ErinD Posted November 9, 2011 Share Posted November 9, 2011 I'll be the dissenting voice here: I have a cowlneck tank that I love to wear but I throw on a long necklace with it that hits about 2" below the cowl neck part. it seems to finish off the outfit nicely.
