PaigeP
I can't find any reviews on rainbow, amazon, but I did find one long review on www.cbd.com PLUS it has the song list which lets you listen to 30 seconds of each song. http://www.christianbook.com/lyrical-life-science-1-with/9780974163543/pd/59775?item_code=WW&netp_id=243202&event=PPCSRC&view=details
LittleIzumi
We love it but right now I have littles so we just listen to it for fun and don't use the text yet.
Dmmetler
I got them at age 6-7 for my DD. I think she would have enjoyed them earlier. They're nowhere near a complete program, but the textbook does a nice job of fleshing out the information. The workbook is really just "recall the lyrics", so if I were going to do it again, I'd buy just the text/CD, not the workbook, because even with the text/workbook, it's not to the level of detail that a real science curriculum is. Momling
We use the first one, but just as a supplement. The kids like them and it adds something different to our study of biology... it's just not complete. You could probably use the songs alone for any age if you're just singing them in the car or something. The workbooks are aimed at middle schoolers.
