Upward Journey
Lizards will keep the scorpion population down.
ereks mom
We have tons of scorpions every spring and fall. One fell out of our attic fan once. We see them on the floor mostly, at least once in a bed, never inside a toilet. Sting feels like a yellow jacket.Get used to them, we've never been able to get rid of them completely, an exterminator will help. :iagree: We have scorpions too, every spring and fall. We find them in the sink, in the tub, or running across the floor. We just smack them with a fly swatter and flush them down the toilet. We've lived her almost 20 years, and I'm the only one who was ever stung, and that only happened one time. It really didn't hurt much at all--maybe about like a fire ant sting, but the pain and itching didn't last nearly as long.
simka2
I put a picture on Google+. There a few others of the kids at the new property. :001_smile:
kewb
I am in the move or set fire to the house camp. My mom lives in AZ and the minute she told me not to leave shoes on the floor because scorpians crawl into them I scratched the Southwest off of my places to live list. Mommyof4ks
We squished them with shoes. We had exterminators for years, but they never really went away until the construction around us stopped and we lived there for several years. All of the kids got stung without incident. Truscifi
A shoe is the only thing I've found that works. I coated one with Raid once with no effect AT ALL. I swear the thing smirked at me. Til I squished it, at least!
