2squared
I'm buying Land's End squall jackets this winter, and now I'm trying to figure out mittens. I hate the kids having cold and/or wet hands out in the snow. Which are better....the squall mittens or the thermacheck mittens? Anything else I should be looking at? We do have nasty winters out here on the MN/SD border. Snow, sub-zero temps, and fierce wind. It's pretty awful. If you aren't a northerner, thanks for any sympathy you can send our way. :001_smile:
itsheresomewhere
I liked the L.L. Bean mittens for kids better. They stayed on better and DS commented how the seems in the fingers were not as bulky. If you have long fingers, I would not buy the womens gloves from lands end. They were way too short. wapiti
We like the cold buster mittens and gloves from LL Bean. My kids use them for skiing. My fat-fingered kiddo prefers the mittens.
