Deborah
I have one doing DIVE Biology w/ BJU text and another doing DIVE Chemistry w/ Apologia Chem. & Ad. Chemistry texts. What would you say is reasonable for: How many days per week? How much time per day? Would 4 days a week 1 hour a day be cutting non-science students short? Angie in VA
Dd used DIVE for both bio and chem. We just used the syllabi. Around here we work till we're done. DIVE syllabi
April in CA
Hi! Agreeing with Angie here. My son used DIVE Chem with both Apologia texts. We followed the syllabus and dear son worked til it was done rather than according to the clock. Because of other activities, we did stretch it into the summer a bit, but we still followed the syllabus. Depending on the day, Chem could take anywhere from half an hour to 2 hours, as I recall. Well worth it! Blessings, April
Quiver0f10
We are using DIVE Chem this year with Apologia. Like the previous posters, we just work until it we are finished. We do need all 5 days and I would say they are spending about 45 min to 2 hours a day working on it.
HollyDay
I just started DIVE with BJU chemistry. Like other posters have said, we plan to "work till it is done."
