Bang!Zoom!
Eh, we need to do some dietary clean up around here. I'm pretty sure (like 99% sure) this is going to come up as the of of the top changes needed this week. I get lazy with it, even though I know better. I was reading some of the stories here and there on the board about changing your child's diet. Removing all chemicals/additives, etc. Pretty cool results out there. Anyone have book titles to recommend? What do you think the major players of harmful forms of additives are? Did anyone have to keep food diaries? If you did, how did you do it? Did your pediatricians take the journals seriously?

lakotajm
I found a book in the bargain book box of my local supermarket called The Eat-Clean Diet for Family and Kids by Tosca Reno. It includes recipes. Maybe you can get it cheap on Amazon. We've not had much luck here. My kids throw revolts, sometimes with assistance fromm my husband and granny.:glare: Lakota
