Jennay Posted August 24, 2011 Share Posted August 24, 2011 I ordered 2 full kits and 2 additional kits back on July 28. I received an email on 7/29 that my kits have shipped. They are still not here. I emailed customer service and asked for a tracking number but got no response. Argh. This is frustrating. Anyone else waiting on H & H kits to arrive? I ordered a book got the same it shipped email but never got the book after about 2 weeks I called he said it was a glitch in the system and I should not have gotten that email. My book had not shipped. He said they had so many orders because of the free shipping they were behind in shipping. I received it about a week later. After my second email I got a second shipping notice...it must have been crazy with orders due to the free shipping. But all is well.
