Ali in OR
I'm in a book club and my turn to pick a book is coming up. I have no great book in mind, so I thought I would cheat a bit and ask here. If you're in a book club and have read something great, could you share it here? We read fiction and non fiction but it's gotta be out in paperback! Thanks so much. Pata
I recently read Old Man and the Sea by Hemmingway for the first time. It was a short easy read, but packed full of goodness. I'm sad that I hadn't read it sooner. Maybe it will work for you?

Ali in OR
Thanks all. You've got great taste--we've read many of the books mentioned. But you've also mentioned several good possibilities that we haven't--I'm leaning toward Girl in Hyacinth Blue for my pick. And I'm going to make a list of your other suggestions for future reading. Thanks again.
