Weather chart - printable, free even?

At that age, Thing 2 was given a "make it yourself" sticker calendar similar to this one as a Christmas gift. I'd highly recommend it.

 

At the beginning of each month, we would fill in the name of the month, the days of the week, the dates (it was a completely blank calendar), and any special occasions that month. Then every day she drew a picture to indicate the day's weather in that day's box. Some were quite creative. :)

 

It's not free, but it's well worth the small investment. Otherwise, I'd suggest just finding some free calendars and indicating the day's weather there. Churches and funeral homes are forever giving calendars away in our neck of the woods.
