DB in NJ
....that doesn't have cheese in it? :glare: Need some ideas for my friend's daughter's wedding. She's already serving some savory biscotti with cheese spread and cheese & crackers. We need one more thing, but I'm drawing a blank! Many, MANY thanks in advance! :001_smile:

coffeegal
Dh suggests french bread with a garlic, terragon, basil oil (really any fancy oil/vinegarette will work) or a platter of grapes - large red grapes, white, black, etc. A platter of melons will work also. OrganicAnn
Croutons topped with hummus or a piece of meat (ham, salami) or tomatoes/olives etc, cucumber with sour cream and dill. You can make your own croutons that are slightly bigger so that they can hold things. Crab dip Something inside cherry tomatoes
LaxMom
Olive tapenade, hummus, slices of crusty bread or veggies to dip/schmear? Roasted and chilled asparagus wrapped with prosciutto? I used to make a "cake" with layers of foccacia stacked with tapenade, artichokes, and prosciutto between and "frosted" with herbed mascarpone. JFSinIL
Hummus and small carrots instead of pita chips for dipping. Assortments of olives.
