Susan in TN
This morning, after, oh, about 10 years of homeschooling, I realize that a school supply caddy might be worth getting :). Something that would help the pencils, scissors, crayons, colored pencils, pencil grips, and tape stay in the general homeschooling area. Right now I have pencils, pens, and scissors stuffed into a mug, crayons and colored pencils in their own separate bins, tape tied to the mug with a string, and pencil grips just run amuk all over the house. Ferdie
We have a shower caddy on or dining room table with pens, pencils, highlighters, scissors, glue stick, staper, 3 hole punch, tape and post-it notes. I keep our markers and colored pencils in a separate pencil boxes. Kind of like this one only the middle section is deeper. You can find them in the cleaning or automotive section: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Shower-Caddy-Aqua/14205551 When my children hs they liked to be in their own separate area so they also had their own pencil box with colored pencils, pencils, scissors and a glue stick. fairfarmhand
one thing that I do is have a crayon bucket. All the crayons and colored pencils go into an old gallon ice cream bucket with a snap on lid. It keeps me sane, so all I have to do is dump stray crayons in the bucket.
Jenstet
I use a smaller rotating caddy from staples. It was $5 on sale. I have a larger "The Apprentice" caddy for art supplies that are used frequently.
