emmn
I am using sonlight this year ( 1st Year) and I see people selling used ig manuals. How do these change over time? Do the books stay the same? Do all of them have both 4 day and five day in them? Thanks to all you sonlight users for helping to understand these things!
JudoMom
Here is a link to the updates they've made over the years: http://www.sonlight.com/ig-update-chart.html
PentecostalMom
Sometimes they change books. Changes are not made to every core, every year. I am not absolutlely certain about the 4-day/5-day aspect in reference to forever, but I have a Core 1 IG from 1998 and it has both. HTH. 3peasinapod
Also a thought is what ages are your children? The high school level IG's were revamped completely this year (100-530).
emmn
I am looking at doing core 5 (f) and core alt7 (w) this year. The chart above was helpful. Thank you.
Guest
To my knowledge all the IG's have the five day schedule on one side of the schedules page, and four day on the other. It works better for printing and packing purposes/ costs for SL and to my knowledge they still follow that. As for revisions, they have slight revisions every year. That's just fixing minor things that were missed for the most part. However, every now and then they have major changes. The chart previously posted should be helpful at figuring things out. eschuetter
I'd never seen the chart linked by JudoMom. Very helpful! Thanks!
