If I only had a weekend, I would spend most of it near the north end, Hanover street, little Italy, dinner at Pizza Regina with cannoli at Mike's. Walk, walk, walk. Take the 45-min harbor tour, shop in Quincy, take a Duck tour, walk the Freedom Trail to Boston Common. Boston is wonderful. So much to enjoy.
