I'm looking at Amica insurance since they have rates within my price range, and an excellent reputation for customer service. The customer service thing is what is making me look for new insurance. datgh Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 We have used them for what seems like forever. My husband had an accident many years ago and couldn't say enough about the service. When I have had to deal with them be it broken windshields or the rock that jumped out in front of me :001_unsure: last fall they have handle it all so smoothly. They are usually ahead of me on what I need. They should be calling to remind me soon to add the insurance back onto the camper. I used to work for a body shop and the performance of the agent/sales people often had nothing to do with how they were about paying claims.
