EK will need shapewear because otherwise she will have panty lines. Ugh. The dress isn't low-cut, but wearing a bra will be tricky because of the back being out. What about something like a Nubra? or here's the same kind of thing by Maidenform… I've never tried them myself - maybe someone else here has. Panty lines… I'd try a very thin little thong maybe?
