Ravin Posted March 5, 2011 Share Posted March 5, 2011 I'm starting Lively Latin with DD next year, in 3rd. We did SSL last year, when she was in 1st. You might not find something that will be satisfactory for both your 5 and 9 year olds...for the latter there's a pretty good variety of options, but for the younger one, not so much, esp. if you would prefer a secular program (which we definitely do--we skipped the Christmas chapters of SSL). For my 5yo, it sounds like SSL 2 won't be written in time. She's halfway through SSL now. When she finishes it I'll probably pick up Minimus.
