I just put plaster of paris in a small heart shaped tin and am wondering how long I have to wait before I can put kitty's paw print in it? Does anyone know? ETA: figured it out! Thanks! Faster Plaster is more for making moulds, so I used Blubber to make his paw print, then poured the plaster into the cast. I hope it works... Melissa in Australia Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 WE have done a paw print by putting damp sand into a dish, and then doing the print, then pouring the plaster on top , above the level of the sand to get a nice smooth reverse side.
