Ideas for something fun, educational, Christmas oriented...

We've had a very interrupted year since August, and I feel we really need this break over Christmas to start fresh in Jan. I've been out of the country, remodeling our home, and trying to fit in a part-time job. We are doing school through the rest of this week, but I'd like to start something fun with the kids related to Christmas. I'm usually so "put together", but for a year now, because of family issues, it's been a whirlwind. So if you could please throw me some ideas that would end our year on a productive note. Maybe a good Christmas read? A unit study? Anything! Thanks~

There are 3 Christmas units toward the bottom of this list. I was thinking they are pretty young topics for your older kids, but the more I looked through them, there was actually a lot of ideas that could be for older kids too.
