Perry
I recently posted a picture of an antique bench here and asked if anyone knew what it was or what it was worth. I was planning to sell it on Craigs List for $50-100, but thought maybe I should check into it a little more first. While googling and trying to figure out what it was, I ran across the site WhatsItWorthToYou.com , which offers appraisals for $9.95. I got my appraisal back this morning, and they gave me a great description of the bench and when it was likely built. And that the value is $750-900! Good thing I didn't sell it for $50. Anyway, I just wanted to recommend the site. Although now I really don't know what to do with the bench. Suddenly I like it better. :)

TXMomof4
I'm such an idiot! On your last thread I thought you were SELLING it for 9.95!!! Not having it appraised for 9.95! I feel so much better! BTW - congratulations!
Laurie4b
Glad you checked so you didn't have to watch the new owner get it priced on Antique Road Show! If you don't want it, you could sell it to an antiques dealer. Expect to sell it for 50% of its worth.
