Guest cjanderin
Jumping up and down while saying them. Writing them in chalk on outside steps (or taping them to inside stairs) and walking/jumping etc up and down the stairs. Labelling dolls or trucks or blocks with the numbers and then arranging them in order and counting them or build with them etc etc. Like with blocks - tape the numbers to the blocks and then build and unbuild a tower - over and over and over :)
MommaOfThree
Currclick had a pack of Skip Counting worksheets in their freebies ... You may want to check there for worksheets.

NanceXToo
Maybe if you focus on one at a time and use repetition. You could sit there (it seems a little silly) but march around the room while skip-counting in time to the marching and repeating it over and over might help a bit :D

I've used them with four kiddos and we love them. We no longer sing the lyrics...just the number choruses...but we do enjoy them. They also have a secular recording as well.
