momofkhm Posted September 17, 2010 Share Posted September 17, 2010 My middle, 13 yo dd, has her second bloody nose ever, about a week after the first. We're thinking the first one was about 10 days ago actually. The first one I just kind of sloughed off as being nothing but now with the second I'm not so sure. Do I need to take her in? Or do I wait another week or so and see if there's more. I'm really out of my zone here as I never had any and the other kids haven't either. We took him in once to ask about it and to rule out anything serious, but he just has easily irritated blood vessels in his nose. Even a change in weather can bring them on.
