Putting a document on a blog

Where is the pulling out hair un-smilie?:banghead:

 

I made a table on Word. I want to put it on my blog. Should be very simple. Not (for me apparently).

 

I put the document on Google docs thinking that would be easier. When I use their "publish to the web" button it puts my document in a little iframe. Not what I want.

 

How do I put a document on my blog?

Save your table as a jpeg and upload it like a photo.

Back from camping. Before leaving I discovered Vista has a snipping tool. I used that. The image is not as clear as I would like, but it will do for now. You can see how I used it in this blog post.
