LaissezFaire Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 The first time we had pinkeye it took 3 months to be rid of it. We just came down with it again and this time I just put drops in everyone's eyes as soon as the first person came down with it and it was gone in days! specialmama Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 If they don't like the drops, try taking a small blob of Polysporin and just rubbing it into the eyelashes of the closed eyes. The medication does get in there, doesn't hurt, and cures pink eye. Try about 2 or 3 applications a day, just be sure to wash hands after each eye application.
