Joker
Our veggies from the CSA this week has a lot of okra. The only way my family will eat it is if it is fried. I want to freeze it to use later but I have found so many different ways online. Anyone here have a good way to do it? TIA!
lollie010
We usually just slice it and put it in freezer bags. It has always worked well, but we have never fried it after freezing. Usually we just use it for soups or steaming. Enjoy.
jenn-
I agree with Laurel T. Chop it and throw it in a bag. I don't know how to go about it if you need to fry it later though as it thaws out too mushy to fry.
