Rhonda in TX
It needs to be able to be completed in about an hour - completely done, no drying left or anything like that. I believe we will have access to a photo printer if needed. I've done some google'ing, but nothing really grabs me. We will have 10-15 kids, so nothing too teacher-intensive. Any ideas? Thanks! Denisemomof4
not original at all, but planting a seed, or buying tiny started plants, and put in their own decorated pot. Decorate photo frames for pictures of their kid?
OrganicAnn
Foam picture frames are easy to decorate. They also have foam book marks. You can make easy tissue paper flowers and arrange them into a bouquet or some other way. I'd go to a craft store and look around to get ideas. martinswife
Last year, my girls did this project: 1. Trace both arms on craft paper and have them cut out. 2. Take pictures of just their faces, print and cut out. 3. Have them write " I love you this much !" on the "arms". 4. Glue/staple "arms" to small paper plate. 5. Glue/staple "face" on top of arms. 6. We folded arms accordion style and ended up with hands covering face "peek-a-boo" style. Hope this helps!
AK_Mom4
I like the one where you have them color on coffee filters with washable markers. Then you spray a little water on the filters so the color sort of bleeds. Then wrap the filters around pencils to make hand-colored flowers for Mom. You can probably find directions if you google "coffee-filter flowers". These are super easy and look really nice.
NanceXToo
I like this one: http://members.enchantedlearning.com/crafts/handprint/bouquet/ It's easy and cute. There's also a link that says "Mother's Day" that you can click for more ideas. This one is listed for father's day (we actually did this one here last year) but it could be done as a "Mom" thing as easily as a "Dad" thing: http://members.enchantedlearning.com/crafts/fathersday/dadcard/
