Jonibee
It's time to clean out the fridge. After my mega-cooking session a couple of weeks ago, I have two 16-ounce containers of sour cream. I have about 4 c. of mozzarella cheese, 2 c. of swiss cheese and a cup or more of chedder cheese. I have 1 pound packages of browned hamburger and 1 pound packages of cooked, chopped chicken. Ideas please? :)

BikeBookBread
Quiche. I often use sour cream instead of, or in addition to milk in the egg mixture when I make quiche.

Chelle in MO
Poppyseed Chicken diced, cooked chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup (I use this recipe from MeganP: Melt a couple of tablespoons of butter, stirring in a couple of tablespoons of flour and a chicken stock cube, then stirring in 1 1/2c water until the mixture is slightly thickened.) 8 oz. sour cream 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed 1/4 C butter, melted poppyseed Put the chicken in a 9 X 13 that has been greased. Spread soup over it, then sour cream, then crackers, then butter. Sprinkle poppyseed. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Chelle
