RoughCollie
I figure that since DS1 has h1n1, we will all get it. The vaccine is not available in our part of PA yet, so I can't preemptively vaccinate us. If we all do get it, does this mean we are immune, or will we still need the vaccine to be sure we don't get it again? I am a little worried because I am in a high risk category due to having heart disease. Thanks, RC
hornblower
From what I'm reading it's undetermined as yet. It's possible that if you only have a mild version, it may not provide enough immunity. best wishes,
lovemykids
I don't know the answer to your question, but I wanted to say that I am so sorry for your misfortune. I would think that you would want to be careful not to spread it around. Please take care and let us know how it all turns out. :grouphug:
Linda1951
or not it protects everyone and how long it last. We cannot get it in our area. but with DD being homeschooled there is less chance of her getting it. She is not in kids faces. she did get the regular flu shot and her doctor did not even suggest she get the H1n1 shot.
