hornblower
I posted a few weeks ago about my 11yo ds's probs with sleeping and one the solutions which has been really helping him is a guided sleep relaxation recording on his mp3 player (Dr Emmett Miller's Easing into Sleep). But the headphones he has (standard earbud type which came with the sansaclip) are not terribly comfortable to wear in bed. Does anyone know of a headphone style which would work while lying down smooshed against a pillow? I was thinking of these pillow speakers http://www.amazon.com/Sound-Oasis-Therapy-Pillow-Speakers/dp/B00196WBVK/ref=pd_sbs_hpc_1 or maybe this sleep headphone headband? http://www.amazon.com/SleepPhones-System-Sleep-Headphones-Binaural/dp/B000V9DWF0

Janet in WA
My dh uses an under-pillow speaker. His is a single speaker, and not very expensive. He's happy with it.
