The person who has done it for the past several years moved, so I'm kind of on my own. I've attended many meets, but never organized one, and I'm afraid of missing something. When I Google "organize swim meet", or similar search terms, I get many hits from groups looking for volunteers, but not a how-to. They include checklists, etc. The files are for the invitationals, so they are much more formal than a dual meet, but you still need to cover the same bases with a dual.
