OnTheBrink
I have the opportunity to buy from a food co-op. I can get olive oil in 101 oz tins, or in smaller bottles (12-32 oz sizes). How fast does olive oil go bad, and which should I get: the large tin or the case of smaller bottles?
dcjlkplus3
I can't answer if it goes bad. I would buy the smaller bottles because they would be easier to use, and I generally find that things stay fresh better that way because they aren't exposed to air as much I guess.
